He is survived by: his children, Richard Hall, Kevin Hall, Patricia Hall, LaVada Wielgus and Jerry Wayne Hall; his stepdaughter Melody Phillips; and his grandson Jeremiah Phillips. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
