She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee and Georgie Myrtle Perkins Hoffman; her husband Nolan D. Howard; her son Lawrence Edward Howard; her daughter-in-law Susie Howard; her sisters, Mabel Ruth Hoffman Baker and Mildred T. Hoffman; her niece Christina Baker Twist; and her brother Chris Perkins Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jana Lee Howard Martin (Michael) of Burlington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Nolan Wayne Lestage of Danville, Dustin of Burlington, Iowa, Levi Martin of Burlington, Iowa, Lori Cravens Tuggle (Terry) of Henderson and Amy Cravens Severs (Nick) of Hawesville; her brother-in-law John B. Baker of Hermitage, Tennessee; and her nieces and nephews, John McNary Baker of Nashville, Edward Lee Baker of Hermitage, Tennessee, Linda Jean Baker Felts of Hermitage and Ruth Ann Baker Norris of Gallatin, Tennessee.. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
