He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry Shemwell Sr. of Lewisburg, KY. and Nancy Louise Shemwell (Flowers) of Adairville, KY. He is survived by: his sister Jayne Ann Hall Owensboro (Gary); and his nieces, Ashley Hall of Nashville, TN and Leslie Hall of Owensboro.
