He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Kathleen Lyell Todd; and his brother Thomas Eugene Todd. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wilkinson Todd; his brothers, Tony Todd (Betty) and Chuck Todd (Karen) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his nieces, Amy Darmer (Kevin) and Heather Landi (Chris); his nephew Cody Todd (Sara); and his great-nieces, Madelynn, Daphne and Bethany Todd.
