It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gazetta Lou Johnson Neyra (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bushrod Woods and Eloise Gaylee Purcell Woods; her husband Orlando Neyra; her daughter Jasmine Johnson; and her sister Yvonne Woods.

She is survived by: her children, Brianne Crockett (Michael), Jamin Johnson (Randi), Gazelle Leon (Curtis), Telem Johnson, Aija Johnson, Pelaiah Barner (Michael), Elioenai Johnson and Lastira Johnson; her grandchildren, Tevin, Jade, Devaughn, Jaylen, Asarel, Melech, Jalana, Darius, Hitomi, Kaedin, Aquila, Heru, Ja'Kira, Jalilah, Jaziah, Malayah, Miyae, Zahaid and Kailex; her brother Glenn Woods (Jeanine); and her nieces, Destiny Woods and Geri Davis (Andre).
