He is survived by: his wife Deborah Phelps Swentner; his daughter Krista Fogle (Billy) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Katlyn Swentner of Roundhill, Cole Swentner of Bowling Green, Landon Fogle of Owensboro and Lindley Fogle of Owensboro; and his sisters, Norma Phillips, Carrol Hayden and Sharon Jones.
