He is survived by: his wife Gaylia Hills Dugger; his children, Stacey Schulte, Heather Boutell (Steve) and Chris Dugger; his grandchildren, Emilee Schulte, McKenzie Steckler (Jeremy), Andrew Dugger, Keaton Dugger, Jonah Boutell and Ben Boutell; and his siblings, Donna Wells and L. V. Dugger III (Vickie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
