He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Haley and Burnett Rideway Haley; his wife Georgie Lee Haley; his children, Donna Jean Hancock and Robert Dale Haley, Sr.; his sisters, Willa B. and Anna Faye; his granddaughter Breann Hope Haley; and his daughter-in-law Tamara Faye Haley.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Shown and Freddie Haley, Jr.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 3 nieces; and 2 nephews.
