It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Howard (Owensboro, Kentucky), born in Whitesville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Estil and Inez Gertrude Ward; and his siblings, Bill, Sterling, Raymond, Thomas and Joyce McCrystal Coomes.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee; his children, Lynn Pickett (Jim), Gaye Rogers (Bob), Brian, Neil (Drema), Dena Millay (Chris) and Cindy Payne (Perry); his grandchildren, Carrie, Keith, Nic, Jeremy, Jennifer, Jordawn, Kyle, Adam, Toria, Ryan, Dylan, Emily and Ashlyn; and his siblings, Joseph M., Michael and Thomasine Millay Boarman. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
