She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bittel and Bernice Marie Wagner Bittel; her husband Joseph Ronald "Ronnie" Millay; her daughter Mary Rose Millay; and her siblings, Lois Moore, Carl, Delbert Bittel, Melvin and Gilbert Pate.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Millay, Lisa Mattingly (Tommy) and Sherri Fulkerson (Larry); her grandchildren, Eric Mattingly, Jessica Mattingly, Rachel Fulkerson and Jenna Fulkerson; her great grandchildren, Lily and Jayden; and her sister-in-law Barbara Bittel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
