With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Elizabeth Medley McNulty of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 4, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Medley, Sr. and Cecilia O'Bryan Medley; and her brother Benedict F. Medley. She is survived by: her husband John E. McNulty, Sr.; her children, John E. McNulty, Jr. (Emily), Jeanne M. Clark (Greg), James A. McNulty, Sr. (Crisy) and Jennifer M. Blair (Philip); her grandchildren, John E. McNulty, III (Sherri), Anna M. West (Mike), Lindsey C. Embry (Jonathan), Ryan S. Clark (Kaylie), Elizabeth C. Johnson (Travis), Cecilia C. Strawn (Aaron), James A. McNulty, Jr., Jacob C. McNulty (Talia), Dakota R. McNulty, Connor O. McNulty, MaryBeth B. Reynolds (Jacob), Philip S. Blair, Jr. (Lili) and Sophia B. Glasgow (Sam); her great grandchildren, Grayson, Ellie, Nolan West, Warren McNulty, Grace Taylor, Maddox, Molly Embry, Carter, Wagoner, Caroline, Wathen Strawn, Jack Medley, Emmaline, Thomas Clark, Laila McNulty, Harrison Blair, Baby Boy McNulty and Baby Boy Reynolds; and her siblings, Mary Wathen Foor, John Medley, Jr. (Mary), Sarah Jane Kuntz, Bill Medley, Tom Medley (Susan), Ellen Accurso, Denise Medley and Dan Medley (Kathy). She is also survived by her husband and girl trips with her mother and sisters.
