She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph R. Hagan, Sr.; her son Joseph R. Hagan, Jr.; and her brothers, George I. Birkhead (Eva), James (Lou) and Thomas Birkhead.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Haun (Warren) of Slidell, Sharon Hagan Chanley (Jesse) of Owensboro and Linda Alford (Jerome) of Marion; her grandchildren, Jay Hazel (Paula), Joelle Leali (Robert), Jennifer Rone (Chris), Wilson Bowman, Neil Bowman, Jarred Bowman (Melissa), Rick S. Bowman (Chelsea Yewell) and Chris Holder (Carrie); and her sister-in-law Jeannie Birkhead. She is also survived by friend and caregiver, Betty Thompson. 35 great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
