She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edgar and Elizabeth Ganis Mincey. She is survived by: her children, Kristal Ramos-Zamudio (Mario) and Jeffrey Everett; her grandchildren, Andrea Everett, Amber Wiseman, Coleman Everett, Ariana Whitsell, Dalton Everett, Armando Ortiz, Erick Castillo and Alejandro Zamudio; her great grandchildren, John Williams IIII, Parker Everett, Xiomara Whitsell and Xamena Whitsell; her sisters, Norma Franklin, Dorothy Heffer (Malcolm), Myrtle Jordan and Glenda Strickland (William); and her sister-in-law Rosario Mincey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
