She was predeceased by: her parents, O. W. "Wick" Dotson Sr. and Winnie Howard Dotson; her husband J. F. Newman; her children, John Dotson Newman and Mary Ann Fourqurean; and her brother O. W. "Wick" Dotson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Marty Craig (Freddie) and Dr. Mark Newman (Susan); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Emery (Mark), Perry Fourqurean (Tammy Sumner), David Fourqurean (Jodi), Evelyn Jane Newman, Pam Craig, Amy Vitato, Sarah Newman, Jack Newman (Katy) and Dr. Catherine Newman. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens (5050 KY-144, Owensboro, KY 42303).
