She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Carlock and Mary Evelyn Hidenrite Carlock; her husband Richard O. Devins; and her brother Morris "Bunky" Carlock. She is survived by: her daughter Alisa Kay Young; her grandchildren, Bailey Cummins (Andy), Brittany Brown (Austin) and Brandi Hoover (Aaron); her great grandchild Drew Cummins; and her brother Bill Carlock (Peggy).
