He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene Tapp, Sr.; his former wife Sue Cooper Hayden; and his sister Patricia Lett. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Hayden Tapp; his wife Dora Smith Hayden; his sisters, Sharon Hayden Skinner and Jewell Brown; his half-siblings, Thomas Tapp and Trea Lynn; and also, Cynthia Young and Carl Brown.
