He is survived by: his children, Greg Evans (Lori) of Evansville, IN and Tricia Sirls (Robert) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Bill Evans (Debbie) of Owensboro, George Evans (Judy) of Parkersburg, WV and Susan Edmondson (Mike) of Owensboro; his uncles, Thurman Evans (Glenda) and Charles Evans (Joyce); and his aunt Nancy Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
