She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Noffsinger and Rose M. Noffsinger; her son David L. Vowels; her siblings, Johnny Noffsinger, Joe Whitney, Edna Stewart, Laurine Bidwell and Betty Whitney; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Noffsinger and Suzie Noffsinger.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie E. Capps, Hubert L. Vowels, Jr. (Lori) and Vickie Montgomery (Frank); and her siblings, Mary Evon Wade, Roselee Burton, James Noffsinger, Donnie Noffsinger and Richard Noffsinger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
