She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Levi Ekas and Marjorie McDaniel Adams; her husband Thomas Boring; and her daughter Eva Graham. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Howard, Tom Alvey, Andy Alvey and Robert E. Alvey, Jr.; and her siblings, Ronnie Adams, Rickey Adams and Janice Gafford. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
