He is survived by: his son Hubert DeWayne Kellems of Evansville, IN; his stepson Gary Huffines (Peggy) of Tell City; his sisters, Beverly Craig (Carroll) of Hawesville, KY, Katherine Bulich (Tom) of Evansville, IN, Jean Haney (Pat) of Leopold, IN, Velma Humphrey of Tell City and Rita Bowman of Evansville, IN; his goddaughter Melody Cross (David); and his great-nephew Michael Allen Poehlein. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
