She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse C. Duke and Carrie Jeanette "Callie" Broadley Duke; and her son Kevin Lee Smeathers. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smeathers; her children, Bryan Keith Smeathers and Jeri Lynne Smeathers Kuck (Chris); her grandchildren, Macey and Adison Brown; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Faith Smeathers.
