He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chester and Mary Ruth Westerfield Head; his wife Ettie Rose Hardy Head; his children, Dixie Darlene Clark and Kenneth Head; and his granddaughter Deanna Marie Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah McAllister (Tim) of LaGrange, Annette Lynn (Paul, Jr.) of Owensboro, Connie Adkins (David) of Philpot, Randy Head (Janet) of Beaver Dam, Eddie Head (Rosetta) of McDaniels and Stewart Head (Linda) of Philpot. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
