She is survived by: her son John Patrick; her husband Larry; her sons, Bob Clark (Kathy), Mike Clark (Christie) and Jeff Clark (Holly); her grandchildren, Dawn, Monica, Erica, Heath, Hayden, Brady, Ryan and Jonathon; and her siblings, Bill Boarman, Imogene Fitzgerald, Rose Wheatley and Mary Jo Hagerman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Betty's name to The Carmel Home, Our Lady of Lourdes Parrish, or Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
