He was predeceased by: his wife Allene Donovan Mazzara; and his granddaughter Kendal Kraft. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Burris (Jim Ed) of Owensboro, Donna Clark (Mark) of Memphis, TN and Allyson Pitt of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Dustin Burris (Kelly), Madison Burris, Garrett Pitt and Kaden Pitt; and his great grandchildren, Cam Burris and Claire Burris.
