He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Harl Payne; his son Danny Payne (Linda Lattin) of Owensboro; his grandson Robert Jackson (Nancy); his great grandchild Patrick Jackson; his sister Anna Faye Keller (Earl); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Henning of Lexington and Phillip Henning of Lexington.
