Edna Lucille Payne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2023, at the age of 89, Edna Lucille Payne of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond A. "Spike" Payne and Evelyn T. Talley Payne; and her siblings, Virginia Mayfield, Harold and Herman Payne.
She is survived by: her sister Carmie C. Lutgring (Jim) of Tell City, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Connie Payne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
