He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lanham and Bertha Lanham; his former wife Joyce Ann Heflin Lanham; his brother Donnie Richardson; and his stepson Jameson Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lanham; his daughters, Nicole Leech (Jack) of Lantana, TX and Natalie Dame (Patrick) of Livermore, KY; his siblings, Leonard Wayne Lanham (Fay) of Shelbyville, KY, Jennifer Kerrick (Wasson) of Philpot, KY and Sonya Callis (Dean) of Masonville, KY; his grandchildren, Brooke Lanham Leech, Jackson Leech, Sebastian Smith, Gibson Dame and Locke Dame; his stepdaughter Stacy Crisp (Matt); his stepgrandchildren, Mary Grace Goatley (Hunter), Sarah Brown (Dylan), John Mark Boarman (Anne) and Christopher Boarman; and his friend James Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (1300 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Earl's name to HPC Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky.
