He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozna Demur Embry and Martha Roberts Embry; his wife Donna Embry; and his nephew Hugh David Edds, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Boarman (David); his granddaughter Rae Boarman; his sister Ondra Edds; and his nephew Steven Edds.
