He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Franklin "Bubby" Kassinger, Carlos Lee Kassinger and Mary Lois Calhoun. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Miles (Dallas) of Livermore and Vicky Kassinger of Owensboro; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Calhoun, Stacy Maddox (Chris), Jamie Humphrey (Tad), Grant Miles (Maranda), Jenny Kassinger and Steve Kassinger (Monica). He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and many friends.
