He is survived by: his wife Tammy Johnson; his children, Becky Johnson Sapp and Paul Andrew Johnson (Erin); his grandchildren, Haleigh, Hannah, Emma and Evan; and his siblings, Tony Johnson (Janet), Jeff Johnson (Genny), Judy Williamson and Teri Sloan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
