He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Noel Delbert and Ruth Helen Wallace Cavender; his wife Rhonda Durham Cavender; his sister Cheryl Lacefield (Garry) of Bowling Green; and his siblings-in-law, Jay Durham (Kathi) of Owensboro, Teresa Midkiff (Steve) of McDermott, Ohio and Gary Durham (Becky) of Beaver Dam. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
