She is survived by: her children, Frank Fulton, Jr., Clayton "Joe" Fulton, Linda Marie McDonald (John), Vicki Ann Leonard, Margaret Morgan (Scott) and Diane Howard; and her siblings, Stewart Payne, Louise Johnson and Shelby Webster. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
