It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Proctor of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Drakesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Karen Eylicio (Joseph) of Owensboro, Tammy Leachman (Keith) of Owensboro, John Wootton of Owensboro, Anita Crisp (Rob) of Owensboro, Peggy Willis (Ralph) of Utica and Lora Henderson (Larry) of Houston, Georgia; and her siblings, James Arnold (Nancy) of Georgetown, Brenda Bidwell of Owensboro and Maxine Louden of Richland, Indiana.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
