She was predeceased by: her father Ira Matlock; her husband Wayne Phelps Stith; and her brothers, Lawrence, Edward and Paul Matlock.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Kay Dykes (David), Ettagene Hayden (Mark) and Phil Stith; and her grandchildren, Claire Bennett, Aimee Keller, Katie Dykes and Tori Boeck. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
