She is survived by: her children, Cathy Clark of Owensboro, David Clark (Cyndi) of Nashville, TN, Laura Clark of Nashville, Simmone Siner and Juli Clark of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Sarah Clark Thomas (Wes) of Louisville, Steffan of Owensboro, Jonah Clark of Owensboro and Charlie Clark of Nashville; her siblings, Susie Bosley of Owensboro, Moggie Riney (Frank) of Owensboro, Theresa "Tweedie" Crawford (Jim) of Owensboro, Bill and Tom Monarch (Wanda) of Bagdad, KY; her sisters-in-law, Jean Osborne of Santa Ana, CA and Gloria Parrish of Huntington Beach, CA; and her adoptive daughters, Joan Perry of Owensboro and Susan "Flooper" Floyd of Nashville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
