She was predeceased by: her parents, John Owen and Lula Simpson; her husband Homer Harl; her daughter Vickie Frank; and her siblings, Francis Frazier, Sara Goatee, Myrtle Miller, Tom Simpson and George Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Miller Kee, Marquetta Miller and Charles Miller (Brea); her grandchildren, Stewart Ray Barnett (Delight), Tekoah Eubank (Mike), Candice Reuss, C. Matthew Miller (Robin), Nicholas Miller (Melissa) and Jonathan Miller; and her stepgranddaughters, Holly Tussey (Tim) and Carrie Rust (Todd).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Greenbrier Cemetery.
