She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Haynes and Mildred D. Powers Haynes; her husband Donald Lee Smith; and her daughter-in-law Jamie Devine. She is survived by: her children, Brad Devine (Amy), Bryan Devine (April), Charlotte Lynne Taylor (John) and Pamela Smith Nigreville (Louis); her grandchildren, April Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Hunter Devine, Hannah Devine, Kaden Devine, Bryson Devine, Dallas Barnett, Emily Barnett and Stefanie Taylor Kocke; and her siblings, Robert E. Haynes (Dianna) and Annie Bell Storm (Philip). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
