She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Grant Carpenter and Doris Hall Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband James Lawrence Sweeney of Rosewood; her sons, James Grant Sweeney (Pamela) of Valparaiso, IN and Patrick Grey Sweeney (Ann Marie) of Valparaiso, IN; and her siblings, William Carpenter Portage and Gail Wilson of Knox, IN. She is also survived by 1 great grandchildren.
