It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora F. Winchester-Moore of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Whitesville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Verna Childers Westerfield; her husband George Gordon Moore; and her siblings, Jimmy Westerfield, Martha Rose Westerfield and Irene Westerfield.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Kirkman (David), Nancy Reynolds of Owensboro, Millie Westerfield of Shelbyville, KY, Carl Westerfield (Mary Jo), Glenial Westerfield (Kitty) and Frank Westerfield (Teresei); her child Blake Brown; and her niece Denise Hagan (Jimmy). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
