She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Sparks and Virginia Dennis; her son Brent Collins; and her siblings, Charlene Guillory, Tammy Elaine and Glenn Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Ward, Sara Collins (Ronnie Vickers) and Tamatha Anderson (Jerry Anderson, Jr.); her grandchildren, Mykailia, Ashlee, Xander, Tyler, Brooklynn Ward, Bryson Vickers, Blake Collins and Bentley Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Kahrim and Hakiem Morton.
