It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Gail Horlander (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on February 1, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Anna Lear Payne White; her daughter Nellie Ann Vickers Howard; her husband Steve Horlander; her father James White of Owensboro; her sons, Richard Dale Vickers (Carolyn Basham) of Owensboro and Jeremiah Lee Vickers (Tiffany) of Owensboro; and her siblings, Linda Newton (Fred) of Owensboro and James Gerard White of Owensboro. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
