He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lacy and Minnie Lacy (Dell); his wife Jacqueline Lacy (Boatman); his brothers, Eugene Lacy and Clarence Richard Lacy; and his daughter Donna Lynn Dolliver.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Lee Lacy, Paul Andrew Lacy and Wendy Schienbein (Lacy); and his friend Jacqueline Murray. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
