He is survived by: his sister Kathy Hedges (Mark); his wife Carol Shreve; his daughters, Tina Martin (Robbie), Jamie Shreve (Matthew) and Lisa Woods (John); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Timmy), Sara (Westin), Deric, Eric (Brooke), Blake, Chloe, Ty and Raine; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Benny, Paisleigh and Olivia.
