He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Westerfield and Fern Stevenson Westerfield; his former wife Betty "Dixie" Westerfield; his wife Farrell Westerfield; and his siblings, Bud Westerfield and Barbara Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Clark (Bruce) and Paula Long (Richard); his grandchildren, Nikki Toomey (Jarrod), Leah Burchfield (Jeff), Chad Long (Tabatha) and Dana Lanham; his brother Paul Westerfield (Doris); and his half-siblings, Mike Westerfield (Paula), Linda Arnold (Larry) and Rita Rhodes (Alan). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
