He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fischer and Caroline Dockemeyer Fischer; his wife Vivian Reed Fischer; his daughter Lee Ann Schrecker; and his brother George Fischer.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Dobbins of Portland; his sons, Tony Fischer (Theresa) and Joe Fischer (Marcie); his son-in-law George Schrecker of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Erin Conkright (James), Bridgett Schrecker, Jacob, Nicholas and Michael Fischer; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Amelia and Nora Conkright. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are asked to wear protective masks and social distance in accordance with the Governor's mandate.
