He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hamilton (Terry) of Owensboro, KY and Shannon Lewis of Newburgh, IN; his stepson Brent Melton (Carrie) of Princeton, KY; his brother Daniel Lewis (Julie) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Lori Bayani, Amy Bradley, Allison Bickel, Lillian Crum, Ashlee Crum, Miriah Winder, Daniel Hubbert and Andrew.
