He is survived by: his wife Holly Evans Brockwell; his stepmother Betty Brockwell; his children, Felicia Ballard (Jason) and Richie Thomas Fulkerson; his grandchildren, Mikayla Matthews (Randy), Richard Thomas Fulkerson, II, Kendra Skye Fulkerson, Allie Rayne Fulkerson, Lettie Fulkerson, Cierra Parker and Jason Elijah Ballard; his great grandchildren, Emma Reese Matthews and Hudson Grey Matthews; and his siblings, Gayla Durr (Peter), Marsha Manceri (Mike), Mike Brockwell (Cindy), Lisa Decker (Jeff) and Chris Brockwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
