He was predeceased by: his father Herschel "Hank" Goodman; his son Scott Anthony Goodman; and his sister Sue Petts. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Goodman; his children, Steve Goodman of Owensboro, Lorie Cecil (Jude) and Donna Bray (Steve); his stepchildren, Sean Cundiff (Ashley) of Owensboro, Casey Cundiff (Jennifer) of Owensboro and Carly Smith of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Jacob Cecil (Cara) of Lexington, Matt Cecil (Megan) of Versailles, Nathan Cecil of Lexington, Faith Mattingly (Armani) of Lawrenceburg, Brittany Bryant (Nathan) of Owensboro, Max Bray of Owensboro, Morgan Garduno (Nathan) of Seattle and Madison Olanowski (Christian) of Fairfax, Virginia; his stepgrandchildren, Trenton Cundiff, Macey Cundiff, Ryan Cundiff, Sydney Cundiff, Connor Cundiff, Julia Smith and Caroline Smith; and his great grandchildren, Raylan, Ellie Cecil, Shepherd, Vera, Pax Cecil and Jantsen Olanowski.
