It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Hunter of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Ashby and Lula Wittinghill Ashby; and her siblings, Thomas Ray Ashby and Rita Marie Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Barry Hunter, Joseph Hunter (Diana), Karen Adams (James Donald) and Laura Glass (Robert). She is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
