She is survived by: her children, Beverly Lively (Jack) of Marietta, Georgia, Cheryl Goatee (Bob) of Stanley and Tammy Lively (Bryan) of Owensboro, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Willie Goatee (Micah), Jim Goatee and Kayla Lively (Junior); and her great grandchildren, Karyn, Jon and Jackson.
